Christmas Reflections begins soon!

Every year, just after Thanksgiving, DeFuniak Springs Circle Drive lights up the night with their annual Christmas display of lights.  Park your car and walk or pay a small fee and drive through the light display around historic Lake DeFuniak.  Santa is often known to show up (on Saturday) and hand out candy canes or kisses to children who visit.  He even stops and poses for a photo or two with families.  I have been amazed to see so many cars from out of town over the years and church buses from neighboring counties come out to see the lights together.  Christmas lights in DeFuniak are sure to warm your heart as Christmas music plays in the background.

Holiday Craft Workshop- Coastal Branch Extension Office. 3-5 pm. No cost. Everyone is invited to come and create holiday crafts. Please RSVP by December 12th. Call the Walton County Extension Office at 892-8172 and ask for Ricki or email rickim@ufl.edu.

WINTER PRIME TIME January 2, 2013                                                     Strummers will perform and Bob Hill will make an appearance with the saw and autoharp.  Registration will be accepted for this free event. Seating is limited. Please call the Coastal Library for more information at (850) 267-2809.
